I knew my agent personally. I find the commission plus $ 195 for Watson outrageous and cannot understand it. Unfortunately I don`t feel good about dealing with Watson and would use it never again.. I sold another lot at Flagler Estates with another St. Augustine Real Eastate Agent with a 8% commission. My daughter sold recently a lot in Palmcoast. The commission was 8% and the service was outstanding!!!
